Supported Employment

• Hiring hardworking disabled adults.

Group Supported Employment

• 3 clients will perform work as assigned with supervision and training from a Job Coach.
• B.E.S.T. will provide transportation.
• Employer contracts with B.E.S.T. Opportunities.
• B.E.S.T. Opportunities provides Job Coach, liability insurance, and compensation at no cost to the employer.

What are the benefits to the disabled clients?

Individual Supported Employment

• Employer hires disabled clients.
• Job Coach will provide temporary additional supervision and training at no cost to the employer.
• Job Coach, liability insurance, and compensation at no cost to the employer.
